Turbo replacement (ugh...) 700 1989

Well, my turbo's about had it. More oil than air being pushed through it. I had a hunch it was about to go but didn't see the smoke because I never rode behind it during a full throttle acceleration. I've seen less smoke coming from a hyundai. Also there's a nasty screeching sound starting to make itself more and more apparent as the weeks go by.

Anyways, I want to make the best of this thing. I have a Mitsubishi TD05 with a 12B compressor. Should I replace just the center cartridge or the whole unit?

If I get another TD05 I will get it with the 16G compressor, does anyone know where they sell these things fully built (TD05 w/16g)? I tried turbonetics, turbochargers.com, majestic turbo etc. I'm looking for something $300-400. Does anyone have one they want to sell that'll last more than 3 years?

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!!

Thanks

Ryan
