Engine and Transmission Swap. Help! 140-160 1974

I am going to swap a B20 Carbureated engine for my B20 Fuel Injected Engine and need advice so this runs as smoothly as possible.

My car is a 1974 144 FI

The engine is coming from a 1971 145s

1: Currently in the car is the 4 speed manual. I want to put in the rebuilt engine with an M410 (4spd w/ OD) since I am doing the swap. What does this entail? Is it only a matter of cutting a new hole for the shift lever and repositioning the mounting bracket? (oh, and using a shortened driveshaft (which is not a problem).

2: Since my engine was Fuel Injected, I have a throttle cable rather than the throttle arm assembly. I assume that the throttle arm asembly will simply mount right in place? Or does something else need to be done?

Any other advice you can offer would be most appreciated.
