89 780 Anti Lock Light and Rattling Noise? 700 1989

The car is a 89 780. The Anti Lock light is on and I have no clue why it would just got on? Air in the system? Main ABS Unit?

The other problem is that the car makes a griding type noise at times during driving. The engine speed does not matter nor does the cars speed. It sounds like it is coming from the area right behind where the radio is. It is not the brakes or any heatsheild. What has been done that could have made the problem. New Rear Main Seal, Driveshaft bearing and bushing, trans support, A used transmission was put in. I would say it is the trans but thefact is that the noise is not always there. If it alwasy made the noise then I would say that was the prob. Let me know if you have any insight or need more info
