Buying turbo 240, what should I look for to be broken? 200 1983

The question speaks for itself. It's been sitting for 2 years, guy who owns the yard it's in thinks the pumps are gone. When I turn the key the main runs, the tank does not. The main runs slowly though, so it may be bad. I can get this and a full turbo parts car for $500. What else should I be looking for to be bad? Seals? I don't care if a part is worn that won't prevent me from driving it. As long as I can get it out of there I can fix most things, but that would suck ass to have to do rear main seals if that's necessary. It has good service history up to being junked for the pump and bad paint. New turbo in it. Cranks fine. Thanks for the info and advice.
