Water in 242 200 82Ti

Earlier this week I posted about my windows fogging up rather quickly.

I took a short break from the paper and went outside, popped the trunk for kicks and found water accumulated on all the metal pieces on the inside of the trunk. IE inside of trunk lid, wheel well arches, inside body panels.

I was kinda amazed, this seems to be quite a bit of water. I can not smell mildew or anything of the like. so I am wondering where all this water came from. we received 1.25 inches of rain yesterday alone. The car sat out for part of yesterday. But was in a covered shop all night long.

It has not rained much at all today, so this seemed like more water than would accumulate, although it is getting rather cold.

idears?

thanks

take care
