speedo rollback ALL 89

How dificult is it to roll back the speedo in a 740? I know this sounds bad but it really isn't. I found a speedo that is in KM that I want to repace my original (in miles) with. My original has 127k miles on the odometer and the one I found has 470k KM. I want to roll back my new speedo to 204k KM so it will read the correct milage on the car.
