please help ID these 940 parts.

Hey guys,

I was playing around in the engine bay of my 94 940 and found (I don't have a repair manual yet) that the grill was extremely easy to take off. Two clips and that sucker pulls right out and I find a suprize. On the front face of my intercooler (the intercoolor is before the radiator right?) lower right hand side I found three injector lookin things. They had three different plugs also one was light purple, one gray and the other was black I believe. Anyone know what they are? As I'm new to Volvos I'm hoping its some sort of water injection, but I know that they're probably just some great volvo thing. Anyone want to educate the new volvo guy?

Thanks

Michael
