High Labor Charge for Belts & Seals? 200 88

I just brought my wife's '88 240 in for an overdue timing belt change. The amount I was charged for labor on that seems reasonable- $175 to change the timing belt and my tensioner & water pump (I supplied those two parts). But to change the rest of the belts and the three front seals - $220, labor only! I didn't think the drive belts and seals were that hard to replace, but maybe I'm mistaken.

Does that seem reasonable?

Thanks!
