Window & Door Leaks 200 1986

Does anyone know how to seal water leaks from the back window of a 1986 Volvo 240 wagon? Should I be sealing the leak from the inside or outside of the car? Rain water is leaking in behind the back seat.

I'm thinking of changing all of the door gaskets for the car, is this easy to do? If so what type of gasket should I use?
