Engine Swap 900 92

Hi there folks

Can anyone please tell me if I can swop my 2.0L non turbo engine for a 2.3L turbo. My car is a 1992 940 automatic estate (station wagon) with 200,000 miles and is starting to burn oil (about 2 litres every 4.000 miles). I have a 1989 740T with a 5 speed manual gearbox. I need to know if the 2.3 will bolt up to the auto box withiou having to modify and also what - if any - difference there is, in the engine management systems.i.e. will I have to change that as well?
