Brick is slow to start 200 1987

I recently bought my son an '87 244 for $2000.00, and the car is in fantastic condition. This is easily a $4500.00 car, I mean NO rust,a very tight, solid car. But, I noticed when I bought it that it doesn't start right up like my other two 240's. You have to crank it a little longer than my other cars, and eventually it will start.I was thinking that maybe the fuel check valve isn't holding pressure to the injectors?
