change to turbo 200 83

I have access to a watercooled turbo engine for a very low sum of money with low mileage and a water cooled turbo on it.I was thinking of the possibility of fiting the turbo to my b23e engine and running it at a low boost, say 5 psi to help out the engine on acceleration etc.Has anyone tried this. Are the pistons in the na block up to the pressures etc generated by a turbo or are they special pistons in a the turbo engines. The b23e works good but with a little extra help from positive pressure in the intake manifold may woork even better.
