firing order on distributor cap 200 1991

Help,

I was installing plugs, wires, distributor cap and rotor button this weekend in my 91 240 wagon. Somehow I have the plug wires on the wrong points of the distributor cap. I have a haynes volvo book but when I try and match mine to its diagram the car will barely start and lopes horribly in idle. The car ran ok until my illfated attempt at a tuneup.
