WIRING 200 89

Hello all,

Trying to replace wiring at rear driver's side hinge on my wagon's rear door. No windshield wiper/defrost(broken wires are right at the hinge) and winter is here in Canada.

Question #1. Is the 4 wire bundled type of wire readily available at automotive shops or is this a "Volvo thing" that I'm going to have to go crawling to my dealer for? I went to a couple of shops today and all they have is a 4 wire bundle that's flat and doesn't have the wrap around it and will likely not slide through the hinge.

Question #2. It appears to me that there is one more wire in the hinge (separate from the bundle of 4) that is broken and I can't see where it goes or comes from. Am I seeing things??? Looks to be about 14-16 ga or so which would lead me to believe that it would power the motor for the wiper?

Thanks
