Shift lock-out when "cold" 200 91

I have to use the shift lock-out overide lever (AW70) only when the car has sat unused overnight or say, 5 hours at least. Not temperature related since it is always 90 degrees here. I swapped the relay, no change. If it is the microswitch that must come out it looks like dropping the driveshaft and unbolting the shifter bucket is the only way. Anyone have anything on this?
