Re: Cable clutch setup. 700 88

I have that isolating block too. I re-read the bentleys for the 200's and they show a spring on the clutch pedal to keep tension in the cable. Maybe that's what I'm missing! My Gfriends car is a cabled 240. Is really easy to convert, but the parts would be expensive if you don't have a good source. Also, the hydraulic system may be more troublesome - involving bleeding and leaking master and slave cylinders. For now I will keep the cable setup (after all, I just bought a new cable). Thanks for all the help and pondering, now I know what to do.
