Beware of this sales offer! 140-160 1970

I wanted to alert you to a situation that I encountered recently. Last weekend, someone in Walnut Creek, California posted an ad on craigslist.org for two 140 series 1970 Volvos for $2000. In this deal was a spare engine and numerous parts, eg distributor. It was a package deal and no picking and choosing was allowed. I immediately wrote an e-mail which expressed my interest. On Monday, I received an e-mail addressed to numerous people ("bulk" e-mail?) that asked about my mechanical skills with Volvos. I didn't make the connection between the e-mail and the Volvo offer. Tonight, I got another "bulk" e-mail that said, due to the overwhelming demand/interest, they just jacked up the price. I expressed my feelings to the author in no uncertain terms. Her name is Daliel Leite. Fortunately, her website that advertizes the Volvos is not working...
