Stuck spark plug 200

Don't bother unless your sure your having a problem with this plug. I look at my plugs regularily and they're always fine. The days of fouled/melted plugs are long gone. If there is a problem with the plug firing (test by removing it's HT lead and see if the idle changes..WARNING HIGH VOLTAGE PRESENT YOU INSULATED GRIPS!!!) I would use the impact wrench, I've damaged more stuff with breaker bars etc than impact wrenches...basically cause metal is flexible and any extended pulling force stretches it to breaking point whereas an impct only streches it a bit thus avoiding metal failure.
