Heated Seat Switch S90-V90 1997

I've noticed that the wiring for the Heated Seat Switches is in place although no switches are installed. Perhaps I'm a bit optimistic but was wondering if perhaps all the components are in place and all I might have to do is install the switches. I've tried to determine if the heating coils are installed in the seats but am reluctant to take the seats apart to find out. Does anyone know of an easy way to find out?
