What size tires?? 200 1984

I assume since it is a Turbo, that you have 15" alloy rims?

If not (prior owner may have swapped) start there.

Remember that the greater sidewall height you go for, the greater will be the sidewall flex - providing a cushier ride, but the car will wallow and lean in the corners.

Tire shops usually provide height/width comparison charts.

Start with the factory size, and go up a width size - then reduce sidewall profile one size.

Most "sport" radials have softer tread compounds for better traction, but will provide lower overall tire life.

The "treadlife" warranty posted on many tires is a good indicator of tread "hardness."
