driveshaft center bearing replacement questions 200 1982

I have to replace the center suppport bearing in my '82 245 because the spring is gone and the rubber has turned to cheese. Will I need a press to get the bearing off the front section of the driveshaft? Or does it just slide off? What size is the retaining nut and does that come off easily without the aid of a gorilla to turn the wrench? Any help would be much appreciated before I tackle this.
Colin
