squeelling belts 700 1990

The cold weatherwill tend to make the belts a bit harder and more likely to slip. This will cause a squealing just as if they were old and dried out.
Does the squeal go away after revving the engine or after the car warms up?
One other thing to look at is the Bushings that the Alternator and AC mount with. When these bushings start to get old and tired (1990, 11 years), the ALternator/AC tends to twist a bit causing the pulley not to be in ailignment with the Crank pulley. They will squeal even after the engine is warmed up.
