Transmission selector, steering wheel shaking while braking

Hi! I've read on the "swedish bricks" that this might be overtorquing the wheel nuts, since this has started a bit after I changed my rotors; but they have not said anything about the transmisstion selector shaking (AT), and it shakes violently, only while braking. At higher speeds it's worse than at lower. I'm going to check the rotors, but I'm open to your suggestions. Thanks in advance
