Serial Numbers on L.d.N. Overdrives

I have just replaced the O-rings on a Series 25, J-type OD that came out of an early 140. If I understand correctly, the M-46 with a Series 27 J-type was used on later models, including 240s. Later still, around the middle eighties, before they went to the five-speed box, Volvo used an OD unit with a P-type designation. Can anyone tell me what series that was.?
