front end rebuild and sagging springs

OK, Ive just about got all the parts assembled for the front end rebuild.
Im doing ball joints, tie rods, bushings, struts(pro gas(boge)).

One thing still bugging me: The driver side of my car is slightly lower that the passenger side. How should I address this issue. should I change the springs? what? I understand the pro gas work better when the springs are correct.

Any advice gladly accepted. While we're at it, anything else I should do while I have this puppy torn apart?

Also, Im thinking of taking the intact strut tubes to the machine shop, along with everything else so they can replace the inserts. Just pull em out and take em. Any comments? Suggestions?

Thanks.
