Water on floor of passenger side 200 1986

I have had water on the passenger side front of my 245 for some time. I cleared out all the drain vents on along the lower body of the car. Now when I pour water in the passenger side exterior vent below the wiper the water flows freely through the vents. Is this the normal water drainage location for that vent? Is there another location that the water could get in? The car has never been on corrosive climates and the external floor pans look solid. I any ideas? Thanks
