Dash Speaker 900 1996

HELP ME PLEASE!!!
I just bought a pair of speakers for the dash of my 96 960 and I am trying to remove the old speakers. I am not having any luck. Have any of you tried to remove the dash speakers. I cannot figure it out. Please try and help explain how to take out the dash speakers.
