Transmission 332 DTC 900 1994

I have a '94 965 w/96k miles that has a recently presistant transmission DTC code of 332. The dealer tells me this is a solenoid or control module code. Is this a major problem, corrosion of connectors on the transmission, or something else? Of the likely scenarios, what is the likely cost to repair? It seems to drive normally. Will it do damage to drive it for a couple thousand miles?
