Oil Leak! 700 1989

Have 3 turbo volvos 89- 94, have trouble w. 89 760turbo and oil leaks.
buy can of carb cleaner throttle cleaner , get protective glasses , clean pcv Y fitting behind intake manifold , I also removed black container and cleaned (not sure if i was supposed to)also removed all vacuum inlet connections and sprayed clean as well as throttle plate. Buy new o ring for oil cap (cheap)I relaced valve cover gasket mine was leaking (also cheap and easy). I was unable to stop the oil leaks from the bolt on oil filter assembly even after i replced the o rings. Have no oil leaks on kids car 92 940 turb, had dipstick o ring ?? replaced by mechanic said it was leaking , pretty good since. But constant oil leak problems on 89 790 turbo wagon,
