compression varition 700 1988

On my 760 turbo (K block) with 2000K miles the compression reads 1,2,&3: 135lbs. No 4 reads 150. I feel it when accelerating and coasting at low speeds. The car uses minimal anounts of oil (half a quart in 5,000 miles of 70+mph. driving) and has no appreciable blowby (dry intake hoses and passes jiggle test). My problem is...valves? Some are a bit tight (.010 clearance vs. .018, with the exception of the valves for #4, which are right on. Can this be the problem--would being .008 off make a 20lb. difference? I think not, but I'm no engine pro. Wat do you all think? Any similar experiences? Thanks!
