odometer not working 200 1988

The reset button is easy to replace. You must remove the cluster and then the speedo head. The button snaps on. The odo doesn't work because this little rubber/plastic gear gets brittle and breaks. The later ones seem to have a nylon gear that holds up better. Most speedo shops can replace the gear. I have replaced them but have found no source for the new gears.
