Hello,
If your car has the large clock to the left of the speedo, then the red white
wire is unused. It is for when you have the large tach to the left of the speedo. This is the rpm signal wire from the coil. So, now you know how the
tach hooks up. You did mean that you took out the instrument cluster correct?
