940 '93 electric problems tacho rpm / turbo

Hi,

On my 940 (diesel engine ) D24TDI, the turbo alarm indication light is lit when I start, and when this light is on, the rpm meter is not working.
After maximum 2 minutes the alarm light is off and the rpm meter is working...
This happens most of the times when I start. It never ( till now ) happens when I'm driving.
Does anybody have an idea ?

I'm still waiting for my ordered manual, so if somebody could help me.?
