Where's the boost? 200 1983

You're welcome,
Since you can still get to the parts car. Check it for the fuel cutoff switch.
That way you just install a different original volvo part. It's located under
the dash near the pedal cluster. If you look under the dash and follow where the
vacuum hose comes into the car for the boost gauge, under the pedals you'll see
a tee and a short piece of hose connected to the switch. There will be some
wires coming off it going to the fuel pump relay wiring. Just disconnect it
and unscrew the one bolt holding it and you've got it.
