MPG / I got a speeding ticket

I'm not sure how I "got off"... he was actually a pretty nice guy... didn't chat or harass as most do... just said "I clocked you at 92" and wrote out a ticket... the list that I can remember:

Dec 2001 - 84 in a 65, but got off for $55 for not having registration.
May 2001 - 74 in a 50 - $90
Aug 2000 - ? in a 55 - $84
Apr 2000 - 76 in a 55 - $74
Nov 1999 - 56 in a 25, expired license, expired plates, car impounded - had to pay towing, etc plus a few hundred in random fines and fees.
Spring 1999 79 in a 55 - $?? lots
many other warnings for headlights and *ahem* speed...
