3rd seat question 200 1981

I've almost got the 3rd seat project finished. Does anybody know where the bottom end of the seat belts connect? I got copies of instructions awhile back, but they show a retractor connected to the wheel wells. Mine didn't come w/ a retractor, and there are not any holes that would appear to be for the belts. The lower end of the belts just have a bolt threaded into a strangely shaped bracket that I assume is designed to fit somewhere, which would lead me to believe that someone in Sweden thought simply having a threaded hole to bolt the belts into would be too simple. I'm also pondering whether or not there is any good reason I can't just get a set of rear belts at the boneyard and have belts that retract? Anybody got info, or better yet pictures of how to finish this project so I can move on to messing something else up?
