Horns quit working, need to remove air bag to route new ground wire...

I replaced my stock horns since they went south for the winter literally, as did the wiring. The horns only used to work on and off. Now they don't. The only way to make them work is to run a new ground wire to the switch, 1 of 2 grounds at the switches work and i'd route new grounds except that i have an air bag, how can i get new wires to the factory buttons, how do i remove the air bag?!?! I need my horns to work and i'd like to have them working by tomorrow night, how can i run new grounds, i am sure i could with the air bag out so how do i pull it?! If i run a new ground directly to the horns of their housing to the terminal they work, my factory ones did the same thing. Anyone? Thanks
