Wet Drivers side floor, where is this leaking plug 700 1988

I have removed the carpeting in my leaking 740 drivers side floor and still can't find where all this water seems to be comming from. Now that it is cold out, the carpet was freezing, which is really annoying.

Where is this plug that everyone says is probably the culprit? Let me know where I should look for this, as I don't see any obvious spots.

The floor seems okay, there is a little bit of rust where the seat mounts, but nohtign serious, I have been ignoring this problem for 100,000 miles, so who knows how much water has run through there. Goes to show how good Volvo metal is. Odly enough my 74 145 had the same problem.

Thanks in advance for you help
