Turbo Repair Kit 900 1992

Hello,

I was told by my local Volvo Service Center that I needed to install a Turbo "Repair Kit" with part no. 271640 (product no. 467416-001)on my 92 940Turbo. I have received the part, and frankly, it looks like a reasonable "swap" of component parts. It consists of a three-bolt down part with diaphram toward the back with one vacuum lead on the front (number on the actual part is K5T098671 and below it - 9111). Do any of you believe this to be a simple component change or should I leave this one to the dealership? Thanks for any insights.
