Window Tinting

I try to figure out some window tinting aspects.
I plan to let it done by pros.
When I see some cars driving around, I noticed
that on the rear window where the window heat
wires are, some tinting foil has bubbles.
Some cars really a lot around the wires.
I wonder if this has something to do with
the tinting material quality or rather
with the experience/quality of the workers
who do the tinting job.
Any ideas?
Thanks
