INTERCOOLER LEAK & WHEEL OFFSET 700 1990

Hello all...

In a first delve into the innards of my brick I've found something of noticeable concern. My intercooler is leaking. There is oil all along the seam between the core and the endtank on the drivers side, and only on the rear face (towards the radiator). Has anyone had this happen previously?

Further, I have a question regarding wheel offset. What is the proper offset for the 700 series? I have a 1990 745Ti. I believe they are 20?
