740 turbo fog lights 700 1988

Hey guys
I bought this car in oct and the fog lights were missing for at least 3 yrs. I just put on a set of used but tested fog lights using the existing wire harness can't seem to get them to work have power at dash switch tried new switch and no change the fuses are ok. is there any other relays I need to check?
