Need Clutch for 83 244 Ti--Best Option? 200 1983

Well the good news is "Juliet" is still running, nearly 2 years after putting her back together after PO's son totaled her (see pic). The bad news is that the clutch has just started slipping (at 141K miles). More bad news: had a buyer for the car, but I don't want to sell it with a questionable clutch. Good news is wife.gov says if I fix it I can keep it . . . .

In talking with the dealer and reviewing the IPD catalog, it looks like I have two clutch options, a disc and p-plate for B21FT WITHOUT factory IC, and a set for B21FT WITH factory IC. What are the differences between the two? I'm assuming that the latter probably has thicker facing material and greater clamping force to better handle the increased HP and torque. Eventhough the IC on my car wasn't factory installed (it was put in by the PO), I'd like to use the clutch parts for the factory-IC'd car. Question is, will they fit? Any BTDTs?

Oh, one last question--Bentley's mentions a "low lift" clutch on 90 and up models, and that it can be installed on 84-89 models. Would it work for the turbo too? Or am I better off staying with the stock IC-turbo unit?

Thanks in advance!
