Bad Oil Leak

Where do I get some leak detector for oil? Does AutoZone, of somebody like that carry this?

My leak is said to be coming from the oil pan gasket, according to the shop which recently inspected the car. Could be. I did lift the engine using a block of wood under the edges of the pan when I changed engine mounts.

I just want to make sure of things before tearing into it.

The car has for years given a drip or two from the lower bolt on the transmission case (torque converter area). I always figured it was the rear engine seal and lived with it.

But now, i am leaking from the front of the oil pan to the rear of the transmision, at the first U-joint. (oil getting blown back)

Don't think it's any of the front engine seals....
