3 SU manifold for B30 140-160 1970

What about using a FI manifold with the runners
cut down to where the carb would fit inside the
motor bay, then weld on a box that has 2 runners
on the motor side and a place to mount the carb
on the other side? Put 3 such boxes on and then
rig up some linkages?
