I am converted. I thought about resoldering my relays but never got around to it. I have been kind of bummed out because the overdrive on the beast (my 84 turbo) has been acting up. I was positive that it had nothing to do with the relay, and was not looking forward to getting under the beast in the snow. But I decided to resolder the relay anyway. When I got it apart it looked great, no broken solder joints, and I thought "I knew it wasn't the relay" I resoldered all the main contacts and put it back in today. The overdrive is acting like new! If you have not done it yet resolder your relays. I am going to do the fuel pump relay next.
