No air from dash vents 900 1992

Hello all,

My 92 940Turbo still blows air through the defrost vents and the bottom vent but not from the dash vents. Any thoughts on repairs? I have to admit that this problem has been coming on for about a year now. The transition of air blowing from the top and bottom vents to the dash vents was accomplished but only after a several second lull. Thanks for any insights.
