Hopefully all will be forgotten as soon as you get your 'new' turbo brick. Once it is performing up to snuff you may revise your thoughts on its speed ;] As far as parts, also try newandusedvolvoparts.com IPD parts although I think they are of good quality can be quite expensive, you can oftentimes do better price-wise - but you should get the catalog anyway. I have found their prices quite good. BTW $200 to take the head off is outrageous. I hope his list of what is wrong is both accurate and honest. Definitely make sure your compression is solid!
