'84 seats fit a '91? 200 1991

I think I asked this question some months ago, but here goes.

I got my hands on a pair of front seats from a 1984 240 wagon which are in perfect shape. I plan to fit them into my '91 sedan bcz the drivers seat has wilted.

Is it a straight bolt-on, or what?
