Where is the seat heater relay? 900

My seat heater switches light up when tripped on the console, but only the passenger side works, and there is an audible click under the passenger seat. Is it likely that if the switch lights, then it's not at fault?

Not a sound under the driver; and no heat.

My guess is I am looking for a broken wire on a spade contact to a thermostat, or bad relay solder-joints that need to get flowing again. I looked under the seat at lunch, and felt around down there, but I did not see a relay.
